Akelius’ top priority is the health and safety of our residents and staff.
Here is some information to assist you during the COVID-19 pandemic.
maintenance and repair
If you are self-isolating, please inform us,
so, we can take the proper precautions.
We also ask that you avoid all non-urgent repair requests.
do not use common amenity areas
If your residential building has its own common amenity areas,
we ask that you do not use them until further notice.
If you need assistance in order to minimize exposure to the common areas, please reach out to the Service Center.

If you are experiencing COVID-19-related financial challenges that will affect your ability to pay your rent on time,

In the email, describe your current situation and to what extent you can continue to pay.
We will work closely with you on a case-by-case basis.
construction work
The state recently shut down all non-emergency construction.
As a result, most of the projects at our buildings are on hold.
There will be delays on these projects.
Any announcement related to changes in government recommendations will be followed.

As of May 11th, all construction and leasing activities are authorized to resume.
Some construction projects shall continue, and other shall be placed on hold.
Virtual tours will continue to be an option for leasing prospects and some physical showings shall also be conducted while maintaining appropriate distancing.
Akelius will continue to take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of tenants, leasing prospects, and workers.
